y\u2019know, I never dreamt life could be this good.
\nAfter a\u00a0very long time of living in Crapsville\u00a0things took a turn a few months ago.
\nThis year, actually this past winter,\u00a0was probably during the darkest period of the past few years.
\nBut due to the encouragement of an ultra special person\u00a0and the support of several close friends I began making changes.
\nThe darkness didn\u2019t disappear immediately.
\nBut I can pretty much pinpoint back to almost the exact time things took that turn.
\nIt was in June.
\nI’m not going to enlarge on the details right now as they are only important to me.
\nBut lets just say the situation gave me a reason to look outside all the crap that was surrounding\u00a0me.
\nIt made me begin to smile.
\nTentatively I began to\u00a0reach outside of my darkness and grasp hold of the glimpses of light and as I did that light began growing brighter.
\nI still had stuff to deal with but I started giving myself permission to delegate the pressures.
\nTo remove the weights I was carrying.
\nI reached out and gave permission to some trusted few to help me carry the load.
\nOnce I began feeling free of the load I began living again.

\nAs\u00a0I gave\u00a0myself permission to start living and being happy again there has been no stopping me.
\nIt has been the most freeing time of my life – ever!<\/p>\n

Personally I had been facing this coming January\u00a0with dread.
\nThe dread of leaving this decade behind.
\nThe number that was looming in front of me was so depressing.
\nI had never felt like this at the approach to any other decade before.
\nI have partied them all in big time.
\nBut facing this one was becoming so incredibly daunting.<\/p>\n

June began changing my\u00a0paradigm.
\nOnce the light went on in my emotional headspace\u00a0then the physical part of me followed.
\nAs I have made changes my health and wellbeing has increased dramatically.
\nNow I am embracing me for who I am.
\nI am excited about life.
\nExcited for my future.
\nWho knows where it will take me.
\nMy boat is rocking and I am having a ball.<\/p>\n

I am now preparing to rock in this new decade in a few months.
\nAfter all, it is only a number.
\nIt ain’t defining me anymore\u00a0\ud83d\ude42
\nI know I sure as hell would not want to go back to any of the previous numbers!!
